By day, Abrahan works as an accountant in a school district — a career he's dedicated himself to for years. But numbers have never been the whole story. He has always been drawn to people, to service, to the energy of bringing someone a great drink or a great laugh at exactly the right moment.
Sit.Stay.Sip. was born from a simple love — people. Abrahan spent years behind the bar at LAX, crafting drinks and more importantly, real conversations. He has always believed bartending is less about the drink and more about the human being on the other side of the bar. Cracking a joke, lightening the mood, making a stranger feel like a guest — that's what he does naturally.
When Abrahan's wife Esty and their dog Morty inspired him to turn that passion into something more, Sit.Stay.Sip. was born. Esty brings the organizational magic — as a Development Associate at a private school, she's no stranger to planning events that bring communities together. From fundraisers to parent galas, she knows what makes a celebration feel special. Her role in Sit.Stay.Sip. is social media and event strategy, making sure the world knows we're here.
Together, they show up to every event as a team — with warmth, professionalism, and good drinks.

Every brand has an origin story. Ours has paws. Morty is a 12-pound Chihuahua-Terrier mix who somehow convinced an entire family to name their business after him — and honestly, he earned it.
He's calm, he's silly, he's perpetually angling for a bite of your food with the biggest puppy eyes you've ever seen. He's the kind of dog who walks into a room and wins over even the people who "don't really like dogs." He's been doing it his whole life.
Morty loves camping, sunbathing, and watermelon — in that order. He brings joy everywhere he goes, and so does Sit.Stay.Sip. It felt right to name it after him.
